About Us
Vina Technology Solutions Joint Stock Company (VST) was established on September 5, 2025, building upon and developing the legacy of Vina Chemical Joint Stock Company (Vina Chemistry) – a company specializing in the production and supply of chemicals for electroplating, anodizing, and coloring of plastics and metals.
By 2025, Vina Chemistry aims to achieve revenue of approximately US$12 million, with its main customer base being large-scale FDI factories such as Samsung, VinFast, Samsung’s vendor network, and Chinese businesses in Vietnam.
Recognizing the growing demand and significant potential in technology, solutions, and automation from its existing customer base, VST was established with a strategic vision and a desire to expand, aiming to master advanced technological solutions.
Formation
The combination of Vina Chemistry’s human resources, operational capabilities, and customer ecosystem has enabled VST to quickly adapt to growth. Our team is comprised of highly skilled managers and engineers from major corporations that are steadily establishing their position in the field of technology and automation solutions.

Vina Chemistry ra đời, thành lập nhà máy sản xuất hóa chất đầu tiên tại Tây Ninh. Tập trung ban đầu vào cung cấp hóa chất công nghiệp cơ bản. Phục vụ các ngành sản xuất, bao gồm lĩnh vực liên quan đến bán dẫn.
